Like we announced earlier, booking.com's system had a malfunction today, which caused a problem in the retrieval of the newly made reservations, modifications and cancellations arriving from b.com.

The issue has since been resolved by booking.com, the affected period can be seen on the attached screenshot below:

Please make sure to double check the Reservations menu in your booking.com extranet and follow up the changes in SabeeApp, and upload the newly made reservations to your SabeeApp calendar, paying special attention to the EXTERNAL ID ( reservation ID in booking.com ) .
