If you are experiencing log-in issues with our Housekeeping Mobile Application please note the following rules:

  1. Only that person can log in to the Housekeeping Mobile Application who has an activated SabeeApp account and the user role is "Housekeeper". This means any other user who has a different role than "Housekeeper" will not be able to log in to the application. Neither the owner of the account.
  2. If the "Read-only" function is activated at Housekeeper permission settings, the application will not let the user in until it's deactivated.

If you are sure that above-mentioned steps are correctly set and the log-in is still not successful, please contact your SabeeApp Account Manager.
